O2 PAYG SIMs become inactive after 180 days with no chargeable activity (calls, texts, data).
Fix: Contact O2 on 0344 809 0202 to reactivate your SIM.
Even with credit, you may have issues if mobile data or calling is disabled in phone settings.
Fix: Check Settings > Mobile Data is ON. Restart phone. Reset network settings.
Topped up but credit not appearing? May take a few minutes or there could be a payment issue.
